About
My name is Regina, and my journey began when I left my hometown in Brazil to follow the path my soul was calling me toward.
Yoga came into my life nearly nine years ago and transformed it completely. During one of the darkest periods of my life, it became a source of healing, strength, and hope. Through yoga, I learned to understand my body, connect with my breath, and discover a deep inner resilience I never knew I had. It showed me that even in difficult moments, there is always light to be found within ourselves.
As the years passed, my practice deepened, and so did my desire to share yoga with others. Eventually, that calling became impossible to ignore. I made the life-changing decision to leave everything behind and travel to India to complete my teacher training—one of the best decisions I have ever made.
During my time there, I was able to deepen my personal practice while learning how to guide and support others on their own journeys. The experience taught me far more than physical postures; it expanded me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I returned home with a renewed understanding of myself, which transformed the way I see and experience the world around me.
I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Varkala, India, at Pranam Yoga Joseph School, where I studied asana, meditation, mantra, anatomy, Ayurveda, pranayama, and more. This training provided me with a strong foundation for teaching, but most importantly, it taught me the value of presence, connection, and mindful awareness.
Yoga gave me a new direction in life, and my purpose now is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where others can reconnect with themselves, discover their inner strength, and cultivate more peace and light in their lives.
My classes focus on connecting breath with movement and creating space for the release of physical and emotional tension. Through mindful movement, longer-held postures, and gentle guidance, we work to build both flexibility and strength while encouraging a deeper connection to the body. Adjustments are offered when welcomed and appropriate, always with care and respect.
Above all, my intention is to create an environment where you can slow down, feel supported, and leave each class feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
Classes are suitable for all levels.
With love,
Regina xx
